CREATING A COFFEE EXPERIENCE LIKE NONE OTHER THROUGH THE PERFECT BREW

We recommend that the ideal water temperature to brew a perfect coffee is 93 degrees Celsius, 200 degrees Fahrenheit, or wait for 2 minutes after boiling.

We love to experience growth of knowledge together and help you as the consumer to enjoy the vast flavour terrains of our coffee!

  2. Water - 450g (195F - 205F)

  3. Bloom - 45-60 Sec.

  4. Brew Time - Within 3 minutes

AEROPRESS

  1. Coffee - 33g (fine grind)

  2. Water  - 113g (195F - 205F)

  3. Bloom  - 45-60 Sec.

  4. Brew Time - Within 2:30 minutes

CHEMEX

  1. Coffee - 41g (medium grind)

  2. Water  - 672g (195F - 205F)

  3. Bloom  - 45-60 Sec.

  4. Brew Time - Within 4 minutes

FRENCH PRESS

  1. Coffee - 40g (medium-course grind)

  2. Water  - 672g (195F - 205F)

  3. Brew Time - Within 3:30 minutes

ESPRESSO

  1. Coffee - 18gm (fine espresso grind)

  2. Water  - 36gm (195F)

  3. Brew Time - 28 seconds
